I have to do a bit of nitpicking here:
Most of the European Union’s institutions being located in Brussels does by no means mean that “Belgian legislators look long and hard at lootboxes” equals “the European Union is looking long and hard at lootboxes”. For all my current knowledge this is a Belgium-only affair as of now.
