My group had the same question about going back to the Duke of Milan’s radio. We were yelling at the characters the whole back half of the game.
But watching this let’s play, I noticed that there’s a brief 2-second shot of the Duke of Milan bumping against the Man of Medan as you pull alongside, where you see something that looks like an antenna snap off. From that, I think we’re supposed to infer that the radio on the Duke is broken.
None of the characters seem like they saw it, so I don’t know why they never raise it as a possibility. Maybe playtesters pointed out the logic flaw, so they just inserted that shot at the last minute?
